Unwanted items If you decide that you do not want the item, please contact us by phone at 2310 274606 or by e-mail at info@athanasiadisjewellery.gr. If your order has not been dispatched, it will be cancelled, and you will not be charged. In case you change your mind, after you have received your order, you may return your item for a refund. Note that returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, and with a proof of purchase (sales receipt). To complete the return, items should be in unworn, excellent condition and in no other state beyond their original. Returning goods should be carefully packed to avoid possible damages during shipping process. Returns are free of charge via ELTA courier https://www.elta-courier.gr. Refunds will be made against the original form of payment within 5 working days, starting once the returned items have been received back in store. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion.
Damaged/faulty products Though we make every effort to check product quality before shipment, in the event of a damaged/faulty item, we kindly ask you to contact us by phone at 2310 274606 or by e-mail at info@athanasiadisjewellery.gr or visit our store. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt and are free of charge via ELTA courier https://www.elta-courier.gr. In this case, following product assessment by our experts and providing confirmation that damage is not cause by misuse, the item will be replaced with a new one, should there be availability. Note that the courier service for the delivery of the replacement items is free of charge. In case of non-availability, following contact with you, a refund will be made against the original form of payment within 5 working days, starting once the damaged/faulty items have been received back in store.
