Shipping Methods

Your order can either be delivered to your preferred destination or you can collect in-store.

Delivery

Delivery at preferred destination is held by courier service ELTA https://www.elta-courier.gr/ and the cost is 10€. We offer free delivery for orders above 150€.

Delivery time is 1-3 business days, from the date the order was placed, for products that are in availability. If the ordered items are out of stock or unavailable to ship immediately, delivery time is estimated to 4-15 business days.

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with the order number and the tracking number, with which you can monitor the status of your order until it reaches its destination. Additionally, your account in our online store will be updated with these details.

Kindly note that delivery at preferred destination is offered nationwide and may be combined with any of the payment methods explicitly explained in the “Payment Methods” section. Deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen irregularities (weather, strikes). In the event, you will be contacted accordingly.

You can collect your order in-store for free from our address: Athanasiadis Bros, Kouskoura 10, Thessaloniki 54622.
